About Us

I have lived on the Isle of Wight most of my life and although I have travelled far and wide, I still think I am very fortunate to live here. I am married to Claire and we have two sons.
In my spare time, I am a committee member and treasurer of Shanklin Football Club.
I worked in Local Government for 14 years before starting a new career in Financial Services.

For the next 20 years I worked both as a tied representative of a large company, and as an Independent Financial Adviser for an established Isle of Wight firm.

In 2009 I set up my own practice as a Directly Authorised Independent Financial Adviser. I achieved my Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in 2012.

The demise of the traditional ‘door to door’ providers of financial services left millions of people without access to even basic advice, and I am certain that this is partly to blame for the decline in savings and retirement provision.

My aim is to provide honest, low cost, independent advice, within the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines for ‘Treating Customers Fairly’.

I have established a loyal client bank over the years which I am always looking to expand.
I offer a free first consultation to both new and existing clients.
